Share your event experience with your friends, without touching a computer. When you connect your RFID tag to Facebook, you turn it into a physical “I like it” button.
By holding your RFID tag in front of a “I Like It” reader you can like a speaker or an event for example. This like will be posted on the social network site and on Facebook. Your choice will also be visible on the backchannel. The Facebook wall displays a short description and a picture of your choice which links back to the social network site.
How does Facebook Connect work?
Scan your RFID tag at the designated are on one of the ikCams. Push the big “Facebook Connect” button on the touchscreen, login and you're connected. Scan your RFID tag at the installation, presentation or other program segment that you like. A notice will appear on Facebook.
After you've connected your RFID tag to Facebook, all your ikCam pictures will also upload to your Facebook profile as well. You're saving a lot of time telling your friends about all the nice things you're doing at the event!
